Returns and Refunds
1. About this Returns and Refund Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
The terms and conditions set out in this 'Returns and Refund Policy' apply to all goods purchased from 'Designer Brand Products', whether you buy through our website at www.holistictherapiesandproducts.com, over the phone, or otherwise.
Nothing within this Returns and Refund Policy affects your rights under law.
This Returns and Refund Policy forms part of a legally binding contract between us and you which you accept whenever you buy goods from 'Designer Brand Products'.
2. Your right to cancel
Where you place an order through 'Holistic Therapies and Products', following receipt of the goods, you can cancel your contract and receive a refund in respect of the goods up to 14 days after the goods have been delivered, by notifying us (as set out in section 3 below).
3. How to cancel
If you wish to cancel an order please e-mail email@example.com within 14 days after the goods have been delivered, and provide written confirmation of your decision to cancel together with details of the reason for cancellation.
In addition to the above, please include: details of your Order Number; clearly specify which goods you wish to return; and the date of your Order Acknowledgement email.
Where you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered you agree to return the goods to us by following the procedure set out below.
4. Returning goods due to cancellation
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewellery.
In addition, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
After receiving an e-mail from 'Designer Brand Products', confirming your request to cancel your order, you agree to return the goods in their original condition, suitable for resale, with any original documentation to 'Designer Brand Products' at the returns address provided in the e-mail.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
You agree to take reasonable care of the goods from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned to us.
If you are shipping an item valued over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Whenever your return is received by us and inspected to ensure that the goods are in their original condition, suitable for resale, and have any original documentation included, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
'Designer Brand Products' will not provide a refund, if there is no error on our part, for any orders that have been cancelled by you and the goods returned to us are damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality.
If your return is approved for a refund, we will process and refund the cost of the goods returned, including any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase, within a 21 day period after receiving the return, and the credit amount due will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
6. Claims for Goods due to Damage or Shortages
All goods must be checked thoroughly (prior to signing if required), at time of delivery as neither 'Designer Brand Products' nor our delivery agent or couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
If products arrive in a damaged condition, it is the customer's responsibility to notify our delivery agent or couriers of the damage, and it is the customer's responsibility to notify 'Designer Brand Products' of any damage within 3 days of receipt by phone or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the customer's responsibility to sign, if required, for the correct number of packages as shown on any consignment note and to report any shortages to 'Designer Brand Products' within 3 days of receipt by phone or by e-mail at email@example.com.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify 'Designer Brand Products' of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of receipt by phone or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
'Designer Brand Products' will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Potential replacement of damaged goods or shortage of goods will only be made after discussion between us and you, aimed at resolving the issue.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
